The efficient operation & maintenance of a plant is critical, and although each acquisition is unique, our interest in acquiring an asset or company is predicated on there being a competent O&M workforce in place. We don't gain efficiencies by reducing headcount, but by investing in training. We also believe that the most effective relationship management is the interaction that takes place between the O&M team and a service customer.

Today's equipment is much more complex. Efficiencies and reliability are not achieved by changing the oil, or maintaining steam (the modern day equivalent of stoking the boiler), they are achieved through remote monitoring of plant and equipment to assess performance, as well as predict and diagnose maintenance requirements. Training and continuous improvement are critical as no amount of investment can replace a well-trained and motivated workforce.
