XTnrgy, LLC has entered into an agreement with York International Corporation ("York"), a Fortune 500 company and the world's leading manufacturer of industrial refrigeration and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") Systems, to provide guaranteed long-term outsourced HVAC services to property owners in North America, and globally on a selective basis. The agreement is a "Strategic Relationship" in which York supplies and installs the refrigeration, heating, and HVAC System, and sells the System to XT. XT, in turn, enters into a long-term services agreement with the end-user customer guaranteeing pre-determined performance standards. XT engages York, through its YORKsource™ Division, to design and build the System, and to operate and maintain the System at the guaranteed performance standards.

The System is financed internally to XT, without recourse to the customer's balance sheet. As owner and operator of the System, XT provides a true "outsourced service". The customer is provided guaranteed refrigeration, HVAC and heating services, and a reliable, cost effective, long-term service agreement, without significant capital outlay. Many of these Systems can be expanded to include adjoining properties connected to the central System by a mini-grid.
