XTnrgy, LLC ("XT") was formed for the specific purpose of acquiring and operating district energy systems. These systems consist of large-scale distributed cooling and heating systems serving multiple users; commercial properties, convention centers, government buildings, hospitals, airports, schools and universities. In addition to the larger Systems, XTnrgy also develops smaller "distributed HVAC" systems serving clusters of buildings such as industrial parks, hospital complexes, college campuses, and city blocks.

Enhance these acquisitions by applying management "best practices," as well as through investment in new equipment, remote monitoring, and alternative energy systems where appropriate.
